CFC Club forms and procedures:

CFC, under the parent organization of the Charleston Soccer League, follows the rules and guidelines of play according to those of the Illinois Youth Soccer Association. A PDF of those guidelines can be found here.

Application to CFC Club can be made year-round. The following forms and information are required for application. Placement on Club teams is at the sole discretion of the DOC, following evaluation of the applicant:

You will also need:
a small, 1 x 2 inch photo (for this season's player cards),
copies of your current insurance card, and
a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Fees are specific to individual teams and according to Charleston Soccer League/CFC Policy, all tryouts are age- and gender-specific.
